Instructions: Saute the butter, onion, and garlic until tender. Stir in flour and blend until bubbly. Add stock (2 cups water and 2 tsp better than boullion) and stir. |
Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
