|Dexie's wild rice soup|
Instructions: Cook the ground beef, bacon bits and celery. Season with salt and pepper.|
Cook the wild rice in 4 quarts of salted water for 45 minutes or until fluffy.
Mix rice with hamburger mixture in a large pan or slow cooker. Add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, and 1 can of mushrooms. Stir in 3 cups of milk and heat thoroughly.
Yield: many servings.
