SAUSAGE STUFFING
1 lb ground pork breakfast sausage
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2-1/2 cups turkey or chicken broth
1 14 oz package of stuffing mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Fry sausage and crumble. Add onion and celery and cook over medium heat.

Add broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing mix until evenly moistened.

Transfer to a greased casserole dish. Some stuffing may be used to stuff turkey loosely before baking.

Bake covered for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
