| WILD RICE WITH APPLES |
| 1-2/3 | cup | water |
| 2/3 | cup | apple juice |
| 1 | tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | | apple |
| 3/4 | cup | wild rice |

Chop the unpeeled apple into 1/2 inch pieces. Combine all but the rice in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the wild rice, reduce heat and simmer covered for about 25 minutes (or until the liquid is absorbed).

| PORK CHOPS |
| 6 | | boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick |
| 2 | tsp | seasoning |
| 2 | tbsp | vegetable oil |
| 1/4 | cup | apple jelly |
| 1 | tbsp | dijon mustard |

Rup both sides of the pork chops with seasoning of choice. Heat oil in medium fry pan. Cook pork chops 4 to 5 minutes on each side and remove from pan.
Add the jelly and mustard to the fry pan, cook and stir for about 2 minutes until thickened and bubbly. Pour over the cooked pork chops.
