Hotdish
1 pound lean ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
1 sm green pepper, chopped

1 can diced tomatoes, italian seasoned
1 sm can tomato sauce
1 cup broth
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp Italian seasoning
(marjoram, thyme, rosemary, savory, sage, oregano, basil)

2 cups elbow macaroni
8 oz mozzarella shreaded cheese (2 cups)
1 cup cottage cheese

In a fying pan, cook the ground beef until crumbly, season with garlic, salt and pepper. Add the copped onion and green pepper and cook until tender.

In a large saute pan add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth and seasoning. Bring to a boil, stir well. Once hot, add the hamburger mixture and continue boiling.

Add the elbow macaroni about 20 minutes before serving.

Once the macaroni is tender, reduce heat and add the cheese and allow to melt and blend in.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
