Place broccoli in a 9 x 13 inch pan or large casserole dish.
Cut chicken into 6 servings or into bite-size pieces and place on top of broccoli.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice and pour over chicken.
Top with grated cheddar cheese and crushed crackers. |
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes until hot.
Yield: approximately 6 servings.
