PUMPKIN PIE-Festal

1 can Pumpkin-15 oz 3 Eggs-slightly beaten 1 cup Sugar or brown sugar 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/4 tsp Cloves 1/4 tsp Ginger 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 cup Milk or evaporated milk

Combine eggs, sugar, salt and spices and beat well. Blend in pumpkin and milk and beat well. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees then reduce heat and bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Pie is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
