PUMPKIN PIE-Festal
1canPumpkin-15 oz
3Eggs-slightly beaten
1cupSugar or brown sugar
1/2tspSalt
1/4tspNutmeg
1/4tspCloves
1/4tspGinger
1tspCinnamon
1cupMilk or evaporated milk
Combine eggs, sugar, salt and spices and beat well.

Blend in pumpkin and milk and beat well. Pour into 9 inch pie shell.

Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees then reduce heat and bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Pie is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
