Glorified rice
1 cup White rice, uncooked
1/4cup Sugar
215 oz cans Crushed pineapple
1cup Miniature marshmallows
1cup Whipping cream, whipped
6 Maraschino cherries
Combine the pineapple liquid with water in a saucepan to equal 2 cups and bring to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.

In a large bowl combine the cooled rice, sugar, pineapple and marshmallows. Fold in the whipped cream. Chill for 4 hours.

Garnish with cherries.
