|Mix to a creamy texture. Save the pecans to add later.|
Soften the cheese and butter then mix in flour. |
Shape into 1 inch balls and pat into mini muffin tins.
Fill with filling mixture to about 2/3 full and top with a pecan half.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
Allow to cool and store in refrigerator.
