Press each biscuit into a muffin cup forming bottom and sides, leaving a dish in the middle for filling. Refrigerate until ready to fill.|
Brown the ground beef over medium heat then stir in the pizza sauce heating to a low boil.
Spoon the pizza sauce mixture into the muffin cup/biscuit dough.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
