Fish Chowder
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
2 cups water
2 cans cream of potato soup
1/2 tsp pepper
20 oz fish
1/2 cup grated carrot
2 potatoes
Instructions: Cook the mixture in a crockpot approximately 6 hours. We used a package of Cod and a package of Sea Perch. After 5 hours dice the potatoes and add them to the pot.

Yield: many servings.
