1 | head | broccoli or cauliflower or combination |
1 | | onion, chopped |
1/2 | tsp | salt |
1/2 | tsp | pepper |
1/2 | tsp | garlic powder |
1 | tsp | accent seasoning |
1 | cup | milk |
1/2 | lb | bacon, cooked and chopped |
1 | lb | american cheese |
1/2 | cup | flour |
1/2 | cup | water | |
Instructions: Boil the vegetables about 15 minutes, don't drain. Stir in milk and american cheese. After the cheese has melted add the bacon.
For thickening combine teh flour and water stirring or shaking until there are no lumps. Gradually stir the thickener into the lightly boiling soup. Allow to thicken and serve.
