BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SOUP - Darlene LeMoine
6 cups water
1 head broccoli or cauliflower or combination
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp accent seasoning
1 cup milk
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
1 lb american cheese
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
Instructions: Boil the vegetables about 15 minutes, don't drain. Stir in milk and american cheese. After the cheese has melted add the bacon.

For thickening combine teh flour and water stirring or shaking until there are no lumps. Gradually stir the thickener into the lightly boiling soup. Allow to thicken and serve.
