BEAN AND HAM SOUP - Kallie Iverson
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup sliced carrot
2 stalks sliced celery
4 cups chicken broth
4 15.5 oz cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups fully cooked ham, cubed
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 bay leaf
Instructions: Saute the butter, onion, celery and carrots until tender.

Add the remaining ingredients and cook to a boil.
