SPINACH SALAD-from Alan Martin
1/2 pound fresh spinach leaves
4-6pieces bacon, fried and crumbled
2 eggs, hard boiled
5-6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.

DRESSING
1cup salad oil, olive oil
1/3cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
1/2tsp dry mustard
1/2tsp salt
1/3cup apple cider vinegar
Mix well in electric blender.

Toss dressing into salad.
