SPINACH SALAD-from Alan Martin |
1/2 | pound | fresh spinach leaves |
4-6 | pieces | bacon, fried and crumbled |
2 | | eggs, hard boiled |
5-6 | | fresh mushrooms, sliced |

Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.

DRESSING |
1 | cup | salad oil, olive oil |
1/3 | cup | plus 2 tbsp sugar |
1/2 | tsp | dry mustard |
1/2 | tsp | salt |
1/3 | cup | apple cider vinegar |
|
Mix well in electric blender.
Toss dressing into salad.
