LETTUCE SALAD WITH RASPBRRY DRESSING - Dexie Dunham

THE SALAD 3 cups lettuce 3 cups baby spinach leaves 1/2 cup chopped walnuts THE DRESSING 1/3 cup vegatable oil 1 tbsp sour cream 3 tbsp sugar 1-1/2 tsp dijon mustard 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

The dressing-Whisk together all ingredients except the raspberries. Fold in the raspberries, cover and refrigerate 1 hour. The salad-Combine all ingredients in a glass salad bowl and gently toss.
