LEMON PIE - Loretta Skwarok
1large lemon
1-1/2cupsSugar
4Eggs
1tspVanilla
1/2cupButter or margarine
Remove seeds from lemon (don't peel), and cut into chunks. Place all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 5 minutes. Pour into pie shell and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Use crust edge ring for first 30 minutes.
