FUDGE PECAN PIE - Darlene LeMoine-Richards

1/2 cup butter 3 tbsp cocoa 3/4 cup hot water 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1 small can evaporated milk 1 cup chopped pecans

Melt butter, add cocoa and stir until disolved. Add hot water and stir. Beat in all remaining ingredients except nuts. Fold in nuts and pour into a 10 inch unbaked pastry pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until knive comes out clean.
