FUDGE PECAN PIE - Darlene LeMoine-Richards
1/2cupbutter
3tbspcocoa
3/4cuphot water
2cupssugar
1/2cupflour
1/2tspsalt
1tspvanilla
1small canevaporated milk
1cupchopped pecans
Melt butter, add cocoa and stir until disolved. Add hot water and stir. Beat in all remaining ingredients except nuts. Fold in nuts and pour into a 10 inch unbaked pastry pie crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until knive comes out clean.
