POPOVER - Darlene LeMoine
1 cupmilk
1 cup flour
3 eggs
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions: Combine ingredients in blender, mix on high until bubbles form-about 10 seconds.

Fill preheated popover cups 1/2 to 3/4 full.

Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees then reduce heat to 350 for another 20 minutes.
