ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH SHRIMP - Judy LeMoine
1/4 oz angel hair pasta, uncooked

1/2 cup olive oil
8 jumbo shrimp
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp chopped shallots

6 spears asparagas, cut into 2 inch pcs
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried crushed red pepper

1/2 cup chablis or dry white wine
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp parsley
Cook pasta per package instructions and set aside.

Heat olive oil and add shrimp, garlic and shallots. Cook until shrimp turn pink.

Add asparagas, mushrooms, tomato, salt, and red pepper. Add cooked pasta and remaining ingredients. Toss gently. Serve imediately.
