GLUTEN FREE PIZZA - Kallie Iverson
1/2 head cauliflower
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup shreaded mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
Instructions: Prep a baking sheet with grease or parchment paper.

Remove the stems from the cauliflower and chop the florets into chunks. Chop the florets further until it looks like rice using a blender or cheese grater.

Saute the cauliflower in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook until translucent, 6-8 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the cauliflower with the rest of the ingredients. Spread evenly over baking sheet, should be about 1/4 inch thick and 10 inch diameter.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes (until it is golden, crispy on the edges and cooked through the middle).

Top with pizza sauce and toppings, broil for 5 minutes or until the toppings are hot and the cheese is melted. Allow to cool 2-3 minutes before serving.
