Preheat oven to 415 degrees. Rinse and dry fish fillets (crappie, lake trout, walleye, or pike). Grease glass baking dish with spray or olive oil. Arrange single layer of fillets in baking dish, don't stack. Sprinkle salt and pepper, shredded cheddar, and plain bread crumbs over fillets. Bake at 415 degrees for 12 minutes (may vary depending on fillet thickness). |
