1 lb Lean ground beef
1 Large onion, chopped
1 tsp Salt
2 pinches Pepper
1-1/2 cups Cheddar cheese (6 oz shredded)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie plate.

Cook beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until browned. Drain if necessary. Spread in pie plate and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and shredded cheese.

Whisk Bisquick, milk, and eggs together and pour over ingredients in the pie plate.

Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.

Note: I used pancake mix in place of Bisquick, added chopped canned tomatoes and green olives. Optional small bacon pieces.
