Prepair desired amount of pasta per package directions and set aside.|
Cut chicken breast into 1-1/2 inch pieces. Sprinkle liberally with cajun seasoning.
Melt butter in a large skillet, saute chicken until cooked through (5-7 minutes). Add the bell peppers, mushrooms, and green onions. Saute and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except parmesan. Simmer until heated through.
Add the cooked pasta. Toss and heat through. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
