1 Lg bag broccoli florets (or use fresh broccoli)
3 Skinless, boneless chicken breasts (cooked)
2cans Cream of chicken soup
1cup Mayonnaise
1/2tsp Curry powder
1tsp Lemon juice
Cheddar cheese
1/2tube Ritz or Townhouse crackers (crushed)
Place broccoli in a 9 x 13 inch pan or large casserole dish. Cut chicken into 6 servings or into bite-size pieces and place on top of broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice and pour over chicken. Top with grated cheddar cheese and crushed crackers.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes until hot.

Yield: approximately 6 servings.
