WHIPPED CREAM - Jon Promersberger

1 cup whipping cream 1/3 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla

Chill a metal bowl and beaters in the freezer. Place all ingredients into cold bowl and beat until peaks form. Don't over-beat or you will end up with butter.
