THE CRUST 6 oz cream cheese 1 cup butter 2 cups flour THE FILLING 2 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp butter, softened 1-1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tsp vanilla pinch salt 2/3 cup pecans, chopped

Crust-Soften the cream cheese and butter and combine with flour. Shape into balls and press into mini muffin tins. Filling-Mix ingredients listed and fill the tins 2/3 full. Makes about 4 dozen. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
