FANCY RICE KRISPIE TREATS - Judy LeMoine
1/4cupbutter
1/4cuppeanut butter
10oz bagmarshmallows
5-1/2cupsrice krispies

1-1/3cupschocolate chips
3/4cupsbutterscotch chips
Melt the first three ingredients then stir in the rice krispies. Line a jelly roll pan with wax paper and butter it. Press the mixture into the pan.

Melt together the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and spread over the rice krispie mixture. Roll up like you would a jelly roll peeling off the wax paper as you go. Roll the long way to get the longest skinniest roll.

Wrap the roll with wax paper and refrigerate for 2 hours. Slice into 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices to serve.
