CRANBERRY TART - Dexie Dunham

DOUGH 1-1/2 tbsp butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1-1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup cranberries SAUCE 1 stick butter 3/4 cup cream 1 tbsp rum

DOUGH-Cream butter and sugar. Add and mix remaining ingredients with cranberries added last. Bake in muffin cups at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. SAUCE-Combine ingredient in a saucepan, melt and pour over tarts.
