CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BARS
1box chocolate cake mix
3/4cup margarine, melted
1/3cup evaporated milk
114 oz bag of caramels
1/2cup evaported milk
1cup chocolate chips
Grease a 9x13 pan. Incorporate dry cake mix with melted margarine and 1/3 cup evaporated milk and mix until blended.

Pat 1/2 of mixture into greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. Let set for 5 to 10 minutes before pouring on caramel.

Melt caramels with 1/2 cup evaporated milk in double boiler. Spread on baked chocolate crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel. Drop the remaining chocolate mixture by teaspoonful on the top.

Bake at 325 degrees for another 12 minutes.
