Cream the cream cheese and butter. Beat in the sugar, add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add lemon juice, rind, and vanilla.|
Stir in mixture of flour, baking soda, and salt.
Pour into buttered 8-10 inch bundt pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes and invert on rack to cool.
Garnish with powdered sugar and lemon rind.
