Cream the cream cheese and butter. Beat in the sugar, add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add lemon juice, rind, and vanilla. Stir in mixture of flour, baking soda, and salt. Pour into buttered 8-10 inch bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes and invert on rack to cool. Garnish with powdered sugar and lemon rind. |
