| 4|| eggs, beaten|
| 2/3||tsp || salt|
| 1-1/3||tbsp|| sugar|
| 1||cup|| flour|
| 1-2/3||cups|| milk|
Beat eggs till thick and lemon-colored. Stir in dry ingredients mixing till smooth. Stir in milk to thin (add about half of the milk and stir to consistancy then add the rest of the milk).|
Drop by ladle onto moderately hot griddle (375). Spread batter evenly to make thin 8 inch cakes. Turn when underside is light brown.
Spread with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
