|Bring the first 6 ingredients to a boil over medium heat in large pan. Stir in grits, cover and reduce heat. Cook 6 to 8 minutes stirring often. Pour into a lightly greased pie plate, allow to cool.|
Cut into 6 wedges, lightly brush each side with olive oil. Grill over medium heat, covered 4 minutes per side or until golden.
