2cupssugar
1cupoil
2cupsshredded zucchini

3cupsflour
1tspsalt
1tspbaking soda
1/4tspbaking powder
3tspcinnamon
Combine first 5 ingredients, then add dry ingredients.

Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees.
