POTATO PUFFS- Alice LeMoine

mashed potatoes

eggs
1/3
cup
sour cream
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
2
tbsp
parmesian cheese
2
tbsp
chives or parsley
salt
pepper
Beat eggs and sour cream. Fold in remaining.
Place in buttered muffin cups. Makes 8-9.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
