COCKTAIL HAM BALLS - Brenda Promersberger
1 lblean ground pork
1lb ground ham
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2cupmilk
1/2cupsoft bread crumbs
1/4tsp salt
1/8tsp pepper

1cup brown sugar
1/2cupvinegar
1/4cuppineapple juice
1/2tspdry mustard
Mix the first 7 ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange on 10x15 jelly roll pan.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ham balls.

Cook the balls of meat for 60-70 minutes at 325 degrees. Keep warm in a chafing dish or fondue pot.

Makes about 5 dozen.
