CHICKEN CURRY DIP - Dexie Dunham
THE BASE
1cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
1/4cup green onion, finely chopped
1/4cupgolden raisins
8oz cream cheese
1garlic clove
1/2tsp curry powder
1/4tsp salt
THE TOPPING
apricot jam
1/4cupcoconut
1/4cupsliced almonds
The base-Combine all base ingredients. Bake 18-20 minutes at 400 degrees.

The topping-spread apricot jam onto warm dip base, sprinkle coconut and almonds on top. Toast under broiler until brown.

Serve with celery, apples and wheat thins.
